This is very unfortunate! I am sorry to hear you have to go through this dilemma.
You will need to go to the Globe Store and submit a letter indicating that you are not the owner of that account, an affidavit of denial and other supporting documents.Take note of the date you filed your complaint. You are under no obligation to pay whatever fees are incurred by that account. However, if Globe continues to say that you have to pay it, you can report them to the NTC. It is Globe's responsibility to protect consumers from fraudulent account openings and they are legally bound to cover the expenses incurred through TOI (theft of identity).
You should only report to NTC if Globe fails to resolve your issue after 30 days.
