Kindly call: 211 (via mobile) and follow the voice prompt. It can be: self service or a live agent will help you out or call 02-7301000 (via landline)
Call the hotline using your Globe mobile dial 211 or via landline 730-1000 then select self-service. Follow the voice prompt on how to reactivate your account. Keep the receipt close by since it will ask you to enter the last 4-digit of the reference or OR number then the date and the amount you paid. Once it is done, your account will be reactivated within 2 hours.
In case you ask assistance from a hotline agent there will be a minimal charge for the manual reactivation and this will be reflect on your next monthly bill, so my suggestion just use the self-service it's very easy.
