    Roaming activation problem

      Ok so i activated my prepaid sim while i was still in the philippines (right before my flight) and it said it would activate once i get to my destination. I got to guam no service, i got to hawaii no service, got to la no service and now im in san diego and still no service. Before i left i even bought 200 pesos worth of load. Need this so it would be easier for my friends and family to text me just incase of emergencies. What should i do?

          Try this

          turn off your mobile phone then remove the SIM and battery (if applicable) for 30 seconds, and then put them back in. Turn it on to refresh its network connections.

          If that doesn't work try to contact Globe support, since you are out of the country try to get in touch with them via chat support talk2globe
