      Hi Globe,I got my plan sa inyo last Friday @  Glorietta 3, sabi ng associate within 24 hours ma-aactivate na daw pero until now wala pa rin ,tumawag din aku sa hotline ninyo,,within 24to 48 hours pero wala pa din,,,ilang oras at araw pa ba yang TAT niyo..

      tapos ng email yung globe na activated na raw young line ku try to on and off hung phone..wala pa din nangyyare...

          Yng Sim is hindi pa din activated.. Parang nkkadala naman,elang follow up na aku pero walang nangyyari.pabalik balik na aku Jan sa branch knina din,kinuha lang yung name ku,tapos,,e pa follow up lang,,within 24 hours ulit...

          ..nag pm aku sa fb meron nag reply pero hanggàng verification lang naman.kinuha lang yung info ku d na aku sinagot ano pwede nyang magawa at pwedeng gawin..

              jennrequiso normally account activation for new subscribers is 1-2 business days, this does not include weekend (sat and sun) and holidays. Since sabi mo nakuha mo yung plan mo last Friday so possible activation will occur by Tuesday. Now kung wala pa rin signal after mo i-off and on yung phone mo, try mo rin muna sa ibang phone to check kung magkakasignal, kung wala talaga saka ka pumunta sa Globe Store have them check kung active na yung account mo sa system, once active na at wala pa rin signal yung sim papalitan nila yan and within that day i-aactivate agad yan.

                Hi jennrequiso If you've tried the following steps at No Signal | Troubleshooting | Help and Support and still have no signal, you may visit the nearest Globe Store to have your SIM checked if there's a need for replacement.
