I would like to ask why i'm experiencing slow internet connection.
I experiencing it since it for a long time. My internet plan is 3mbps/1299 per month, but my current net speed is 0.45mbps.

i wonder if my cell id is the problem or i'm not connected to the nearest signal tower to my area. please reply.
