    Unexpected Deduction on my Regular Load


      This is my second time to complain for a sudden deduction on my load. I first made a complaint on TM's contact us page. And still, no one has replied. Today, it was a P20 deduction. This Saturday, it was P50. Could you check it on your system and revert to me immediately, your 808 customer service hotline doesn't have an operator which makes it difficult for me. I tried calling Globe hotline but the representative just told me to call the said hotline which is of no use.


      Calling me immediately would be of greater convenience. Thanks.
