    My Load..


      i subscribe for The amount of 99,and also for the price of 50,,my remaining balance before subscription are 496,,now in less than 4hrs check balance are 351..??? What happen..!!!!!

          Try to call Globe Prepaid or TM CSR to report the incident and they will investigate it to know what triggers the load deductions.

          For Globe Prepaid: 211 (via mobile) or 02-7301000 (via landline) - Operating hours: 8am-10pm

          For TM: 808 (via mobile) or 02-7301500 (via landline) - Operating hours: 8am - 8pm.
