    3 months of the same billing issue : overcharging of internet usage. Does anyone encounter this?

      Grabe ha, 3 months ng mali yung billing statement ko. Laging overcharge sa internet usage and 3 times na rin akong tumatawag para lang maitanong kung magkano babayaran ko! Napaka-inconvenient! Sana nman this time magawa na ng technical team yan! Ganun ba kahirap gawin yun at inaabot ng 3 buwan???
