    MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND

      I already filed 2 requests and called the customer hotline since February about my refund but I still haven't received it back. I requested for a refund of P4,243.02 from my failed transaction with FINISH LINE, GCash Reference # 1381412218. I NEED THE REFUND ASAP. It's been 2 months already. Are there any updates on this? I have already provided a screenshot of the email from the merchant. What's taking so long? tjofgcash can you help me with this?
