    Still Getting FUP even when I'm not registered to any mobile internet promo


      I have already discussed with 2 or more agents on the live chat support, but still, they haven't been able to fix this.


      http://www.globe.com.ph states that FUP only applies to active internet promos, well, I am not registered to any promo (If I am, however, if anyone has the power to unsubscribe me from it, please do).

      Please do fix this, because if not, I will be forced to buy another LTE sim just for this.
