I suggest that you go to the Globe store and transact with their agents in person and not through their customer hotline if you want to avoid the hassle I am currently experiencing. My exeprThe agent promised over the phone that I will have the freebie if I renew my contract through phone but when the phone unit was delivered the freebie was not included. I have been calling Globe 211 hotline since March 16, 2016 and no resolution up to this date.
So beware when renewing your contract through phone because any problems will be very difficult to solve since the 211 agents cannot really do anything for you except make a report and give you a reference number,
