I recently loaded 500 pesos to my GCASH card so that i could buy credits from the nintendo eshop. The value was deducted ($10) from my GCASH account, but the balance on my nintendo account was not updated. I contacted the online customer service, but i was told to call the gcash hotline. i followed the instructions, but the recording told me i needed to do the KYC. i have already done the KYC, so now i do not know what to do.
