      How can I contacy Globe for free? I am a postpaid plan user. My line is currently deactivated. Today at 5pm, I already made my payment and did the self activation and it said that my line will be activated in not more than 2 hours but up to this time, 8:37pm, line is still deactivated. I tried to do the steps in self activation around 8pm but still no response, even a text message that the activation is on process, just like what Globe used to do before.

      i badly need reconnection now. Thank you.
