    My Globe online payment has not reflected on my account yet.

      Here is my online receipt that I got a screenshot from my cellphone, after I paid online using my credit card

      I already made a March 30th payment and it still has not reflected on my account. My account details are listed below:

      Account no. 87185514

      Postpaid phone no: 09176291466

      Name: Ray Erchard M. Dorado

       

      Please help me by updating my billing payments.

          Did you receive any notification that the payment was successful? If you already receive the receipt of your payment via your email then you don't need to worry as long you have the electronic receipt on your email. As to the online account, it is possible that this is just an issue with the MyAccount. You can verify your actual detail if the payment has been reflected on your account by calling the hotline using Globe mobile dial 211 or via landline 730-1000.
