    Lost of Internet Connection Again, what to do?


      Got a call March 27, our area was already "highly utilized" they told me service will be slow, rebates will be given after completion.


      That's fine with me. Except I don't have any connection right now.


      I understand the need to upgrade, however doesn't globe have any backup installations that can help continue service?


      What the 211 csr wants is for me to shift to DSL at no extra cost. But it means I have to abandon my current plan which is 3gb a day at 1mbps then 300kbps after and no monthly data cap. The dsl plans are capped monthly, and expensive per mb charge.


      Is there any way to get proper service?


      I'm not sure what to do with the poor service of Tattoo home
