I try to register to a new CU10 promo but before I do that I already unsubscribed and received sms of a current CU10 is already stopped. The problem here is whenever I register to the same or to a different promo it says that I've already register to it even though my current balance doesn't change. I text STOP, right after a few minutes it says that "Ay! Hindi ka pa naka-register sa TM CU10. To register text CU10 to 8888. For more TM promos, dial *143# for free". Then I text CU10 to 8888, it says "Sorry, kasalukuyan ka pang naka-register sa CU10...". I need to register. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
