    I'm unable to view my data usage on dashboard


      I have mylifestyle plan 1799 with a 10gb data allocation. I tried to check my usage first with *143# tried both "GoSurf" and "Total Consumable" but I received texts that says I'm not registered to any of that so I checked my account in Globe's website through the dashboard but there is no displayed graph for data usage which is supposed to be there. How am I supposed to check my data usage?


      I just started my plan last saturday if it helps. Thanks!
