    Keyword ONLINE and SHOP is not recognized in the live chat


      I really need to cancel my online postpaid application because I want to change my choice of handset. I chose the live chat for the help but it can't recognized the ONLINE and SHOP keywords. Why is that so? I also texted help to 1234 and the same goes also, it can't recognized the ONLINE SHOP keywords.

      I hope that someone can help me with this matter. I really want to apply for a post paid plan.
