my postpaid line is temporary disconnected because of my unpaid bill, i am having financial difficulties right now and i still want my account to be active even if it is temporary disconnected since it is my fault. i just want to know how many months past due the account should be before they permanently deactivate my account. i just want to know on how long i still have to bring my account in good standing. i really want to keep my account. i asked their account specialist thru chat but she was not very helpful. can anyone help me?
