    Sim card not working

      I bought a Globe sim to put in my pocket tattoo. But it cannot access to network. I use Globe on my phone so I am sure Globe signal is good. I installed the sim in my phone : no connexion. Unfortunately I loaded 500 pesos on this number from my  BDO account. I think I have to change the sim, but how to get back the 500 pesos load ? The number is   09276311372.

          Hi hpoule,

           

          Kindly proceed to the nearest Globe Store and request for a SIM replacement with the same number. Just bring the actual defective SIM card and 2 original valid IDs. Since you will retain your number, both load and other VAS enrolled in the existing mobile number will be carried over to the new SIM.
