I called cust service today because my homephone got disconnected. When i asked for the reason, she said my unbilled charges reached 500+ (508 to be exact). i don't have any overdue amount. i told her that on the online account it says my credit limit is 1,100 and cut off date is April 30. why then was i disconnected? why is it then that it says credit limit is 1100 yet it doesn't apply?
