    Incorrect upgrade setup of download and upload speed


      I requested an upgrade from 3mbps to 5mbps. After the upgrade last February 18, 2016 was completed. My download speed is just less than 1mbps and my upload speed is around 4~5mbps. I have many calls already to technical support of globemybusiness and until now, it is not yet fixed.


      I hope someone can really help to fix since my business which is internet cafe is very much affected.
