How is this possible? If my prepaid phone data is not even on. Its connected to a wifi, and outside the house its connected to a pocket wifi, but it keeps on charging for data. The number is 09959909185, if any globe employee could help pls.
1. Please check the apps currently installed to your phone, some apps have the capability to automatically switch on the mobile data.
2. i suggest you should remove the APN on your phone when not using the internet. No APN no Internet connection even your mobile data is on.
