      Pls get a senior executive answer our queries. Ang last update dito sa mga admin is that 2nd week of may. We are on the 3rd week na. Bakit wala parin? If you're going to decommission a service, at least give us a heads up so we can resort to alternatives of going through prepaid load to gcash as mode of payment. Plus, if this is just temporary, why not update us? Tell us exactly the delay. Or the cause of further delay. Di lang naman kayo ang may alam sa technology. Pls share this message to your senior executives. Do not ignore. Customer din kayodiba? What would you feel being left hanging?
