      Unknowingly, I've been automatically registered to an alert subscription. Ever since, I did not know that TM is charging alerts until tonight . I did not mind reading the whole text everytime they are sent because I thought they were free. Please I would like to talk to your supervisor or anybody who can help me for a refund. I hard earned the money I have been paying for the regular loads. And even if I don't have a postpaid with you guys, I have been a very loyal subscriber of your GS paying an average of about 400-500 monthly. But with these charges that I have just found out about an hour ago, I am no longer  satisfied with tm or globe anymore.
