I usually went on a business trip but it is only recently that globe charged me for 5 days worth of data.
i have taken all the precautions
- I am using a pocket wifi which is turned on the whole day
-i have disabled the mobile data
-I have enabled the Restrict Background Data when roaming.
-and i didnt receive any txt messages that i am being charged already with unlisurf.
but still they insist that i pay need for the data. i call their call center for 3 times already.
I'm not the guy that brings things up online... but i think everybody has to know...
I think we should be given a choice of unlisurf or per minute/MB usage as before... 599 for 1 day is too expensive. it already amounts to my 1 month bill.. and others its almost 2 months..
