    Daily data cap not restarting

      It has been 3 days since our broadband was downgraded from plan 1599 to plan 1099 and in that 3 days my internet connection got super slow. and i suspect that it is because my data usage isnt restarting at all for 3 days. anyone have the same problem too? answers would be greeatly appreciated.

            855032212 this is my account number... Plan 1,299, since October 2014... 7GB data cap at daily dapat nagrereset... Pero since last year problema ko na eto lagi ko nirereport dahil lagi na iiba cap data ko... Nagiging 100GB allowance ko per month... Lagi ko eto tinatawag at hanggang ngayon ganito parin ang issue... After ilang buwan mag iiba na naman.... Bakit lagi nalang pinapalitan yung plan ko ng 50-100gb per month??? Wala naman makapagsabi bakit at kung kailan eto pinalitan.. wala ako request na palitan plan ko..  hanggang ngayon naka-open pa yung re allignment na naman ng case ko na eto...
