May concern ako tungkol sa online application ko. New line application ito. Good thing, naprocess naman syaa agad, and naapprove in a span of 4days. Nagbayad ako ng cashout through credit card. Pero may nabasa ako sa Globe Community na may mga nakaexperience na nagbayad sila through credit card and yung handset is delivered, pero pagdating sa kanila nung handset, pinapabayaran ng courier sa kanila yung pinang-cashout. Tapos nagbayad pa sila ng doble sa amount na dapat babayaran nila. So bothered ako, since ganito yung nabasa ko sa community. Wala pa kasi akong cash at hand, kaya credit card muna, tapos naka auto debit pa. Gusto ko sana matanong kung naeexperience pa rin ito ng ibang customers. I think yung Globe din yung tumatawag sakin kanina, pero i failed to answer because i was taking a nap. I have been waiting for them to call me kahapon. I hope that this was about to issue. In case this is indeed true, I will cancel yung application and try sa iba.
Further to this, since ayoko macharge pa ng courier, i am thinking kung pwedeng ako nalang magpickup nung product from a globe store, rather than them having it delivered to me, thinking that it will perhaps be different, and para di na ako macharge pa ng cash agad. Hoping that someone will answer these concerns. Salamat!
Print the receipt of your payment. Show that to the courier. Maybe you just have to wait for the delivery of your handset.
