I've been calling and waiting for an update regarding my case of call retrieval for about two weeks and until now there has been no update regarding my case.
I am asking for my call to be retrieve to verify my claim that I was not offered Gadget Care upon my re contracting.
How long does it take for them to retrieve a call? Is there a way to escalate this case to a higher department to which I am assured that they are doing something? This is really frustrating! I'm really really running out of patience on this case!
