have you tried to check the status of the promo you're trying to register if you are successfully subscribed?
Sometimes, there's a delay in the text message notification for the confirmation of your subscription. if your load has gone after checking your balance, possibility is you are already registered/subscribed. (i have also experienced this many times)

Hello . I load 100 two times but i never recieved a load . I send message some of you agents and they say when they checking the system my mobile number has 200 pesos. But when i check balance ir try to registered promo its say 0 balance . Pleae fix this . I cant load again until i having this trouble
